At breakfast, you can look forward to regional specialties like bacon, ham, and cheese from local farmers or fresh sourdough bread. Taste the story
Seven cooks as he lives: intuitively, cosmopolitan, and with respect for nature and the products. When the watercress is thriving in the garden or Dad stands at the door with a basket of fresh porcini mushrooms, it ends up in his pots and often on the menu the same day. Speaking of the menu, it is intentionally kept small and changes with the rhythm of nature.
